I’m Sahar, the founder of Mono Studio, based here in beautiful Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland). With a background in digital marketing and a lifelong love for creativity, I feel incredibly lucky to have turned my passion into a purpose. I help vitamin and supplement brands stand out through thoughtful, visually engaging product photography.

Supporting other women in the creative industry has always felt important to me. We rise by lifting each other.

Starting my own studio was a dream I had for many years, and when I found the health and supplement space, it felt like everything aligned. It became clear this was a place where creativity and strategy could come together to create something meaningful.

The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but I’m deeply grateful for every experience that shaped the path so far. It’s a real privilege to now do what I love, supporting brands through honest storytelling, meaningful visuals, and creative direction that feels genuine and impactful.

What I Do

My job is really about getting to know you, your brand, and what you are working towards, as well as the challenges that might be getting in the way. From there, I figure out how content creation can help make things a little easier and more effective for you.

This is what I have been doing for a while now, working alongside like-minded brands to help them reach their goals and overcome the usual content struggles.
